Reservation Policy

Indian Accent is a reservation driven restaurant. We do welcome walk-in guests and will accommodate them as much as possible.

Open 7 days a week:

  • Lunch: 12:00noon – 2:30pm (last order to be placed by 2:30pm) Indian Accent follows a strict seating time for dinner i.e. First seating: Starts at 7:00pm Second seating: Starts at 9:45pm (last order 10:45pm)

Reservations are accepted by phone or email.

  • If you would like to make a reservation, please contact our team at +91.11.43235151 or email us at reservations.del@indianaccent.com . Our reservation executives are available 24hrs, however, we encourage our diners to call between 7:00am to 10:00pm. Please note that an email reservation request can only be treated as confirmed once our reservation executive has replied to the email confirming the reservation.
  • There may be times where our reservation executive may have to call you back to confirm details about your reservation. Please understand this is done only to ensure that we deliver the best experience possible and to maintain proper table spacing times for the day and time requested.

Group booking policy

  • Group booking requests (6 pax or more) are difficult to accommodate given the size of the restaurant, however, we will take as many as possible. For confirmation of group bookings, we will require your credit card details. In case of a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the reservation time or a no-show, we will charge the card @ Rs.1000 plus taxes per person. Our ability to increase the number of diners in a party is very limited so would request a prior intimation.

Reservation timing policy

  • Given the limited seating at the restaurant we encourage all our diners to arrive on time for their reservation. In case of no prior intimation, we will only be able to hold your table for fifteen minutes post the reservation time. please understand this is solely due to the size and seating capacity of the restaurant. We cannot guarantee a table if you have missed your initial reservation. However, if you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your guests.
  • Please assume that if your reservation is at 7:00pm, we have booked a table to follow post 9:30pm.

Child Policy

  • At Indian Accent, due to the nature of the restaurant, diners accompanied by children below the age of 15 years can only be seated at our child friendly area.
  • The restaurant, bar and the private dining room allows only kids / teenagers above the age of 15 years.

Cancellation policy / No shows

  • Our chefs and service team work tirelessly every day to bring to you the finest gastronomical experience and we sincerely request all our diners to appreciate their effort.
  • Due to the limited seating at the restaurant, we encourage all our diners to keep us informed about any change with regards to their reservation. In case you decide to cancel your reservation, we request you kindly give us a call at +91 9871117968, which will enable us to offer your table to other diners whose reservations have been kept on wait list.

Other policies

  • Diners with food allergies should inform their server at the beginning of meal, prior to ordering. Please discuss your food allergies with the server so the chef can adjust your meal.
  • All accompanying guests with you will have to be seated at your table and will not be allowed to stand or wait at the restaurant or other hotel guest areas.
