Claude Bosi's creative flourishes to classic French cooking have earned him his place among the greatest chefs in the UK today.

He has held 2 Michelin stars at his restaurant Hibiscus in London, and recently took over the storied Bibendum Restaurant at Michelin House, where he once again achieved 2 Michelin stars— a rare feat within just a few months of opening.

Chef Bosi will present a tasting menu for lunch and dinner. He will be assisted by his chefs as well as the chefs at Indian Accent. The menu features dishes including kanyakumari crab, apple and nimbu lemon, river sole a la grenobloise, warm beetroot terrine, feta cheese and passion fruit amongst other dishes.
