Indian Accent opened in 2009 with an inventive Indian menu that serves Indian food for the twenty first century with a unique marriage of global ingredients and techniques with the flavours and traditions of India and has become India's most celebrated restaurant.

Indian Accent, New Delhi is ranked as the #19 Restaurant in Asia by Asia's 50 Best Restaurants for 2023 and has been awarded the San Pellegrino ‘Best Restaurant in India’ by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for seven consecutive years (from 2015-2021). It is also the only restaurant from India included in the ‘World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ list. Indian Accent has also been recognized by Time Magazine as ‘Amongst the World’s 100 Greatest Places.’

The restaurant’s path-breaking contemporary Indian menu has been designed by Chef Manish Mehrotra. His creativity is showcased by the unique amalgamation of the freshest local produce combining home style nostalgic tastes with unusual ingredients from across the world. Chef Manish has won several awards including Best Chef in India by American Express. He was awarded the #1 Chef in India by Culinary Culture Co for 2022. He has been inducted into the Order of Escoffier Disciples, was the winner of the reality TV show Foodistan on NDTV Good Times amongst others.

Indian Accent has a second outpost in New York and a third one opening shortly at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai.
