Created by Varun Sharma, Head of Bars at EHV International, the bar in Upstairs at Indian Accent presents classic cocktails with an Indian ingredient–rooted spin.
The martini trolley is a highlight, reimagining traditional martinis through an Indian lens without compromising their essence.
Flights of wine and spirits are also on offer.

Food is conceptualised by Indian Accent Head Chef Hitesh Lohat, with plates designed to pair seamlessly with drinks into the wee hours.
The menu of bar bites and desserts evolves quarterly, beginning with the markets of Delhi.

Evenings are complemented by live jazz from a rotating lineup of artists, including resident vocalist Alyse Pascoe, setting an easy, unhurried tone.
